Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are in the same condition as when they were shipped. Opened kits are accepted as long as they have not been assembled and all pieces are present and undamaged.

To start a return, please email us at thekitkitco@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping).
