Processing Time

Most orders are hand-packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day. During busy periods or product launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates (US Only)

• Orders $39 and over: FREE Standard Shipping
• Orders under $39: $4.95 flat-rate shipping

Carrier & Estimated Delivery

All orders ship via USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail) with full tracking. Once handed to the post office, transit typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your label is created.

Order Tracking & Support

Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to register the first scan after you receive your tracking email. If your package has not moved after 7 business days in transit, contact us with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.
